The 27-year-old stepped in for Envision Racing during Season 10 at the Berlin E-Prix and demonstrated his talent and ability instantly, scoring points during his debut weekend for the team.
Eriksson experienced his first taste of Formula E back in 2018 with Envision Racing during the Rookie Test in Marrakesh – after a successful early career in Formula 4 and Formula 3.
Following the test, he participated in eight races of Season 7 with DRAGON/PENSKE AUTOSPORT, stepping up from a reserve role.
Since then, he has remained a part of the paddock and has completed extensive simulator and development work over the past three seasons, yielding a strong understanding of the complexities of electric racing and how to maximise performance in the car.
“I am delighted to have signed with Envision Racing, it is a huge moment in my career and one that I have been working towards for a while," said Eriksson.
"I am very thankful to the team for their trust, and I can’t wait to get started for my first full season of Formula E.”
