At Formula E Operations Limited, we are acutely aware of our role in the global sports landscape, not just as entertainers but as vanguards of a sustainable future. Founded with a mission to accelerate sustainable human progress, our championship is a laboratory for innovation and a platform where the most advanced electric vehicle technologies are tested in the white heat of competition.

Set in the heart of the world's most iconic cities, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship delivers spectacles of electric racing through a compelling mix of performance, sustainability, and innovation.

Our journey has been more than just organizing races; it's been about changing perceptions, pushing the boundaries of technology and demonstrating that racing and reason can coexist harmoniously without compromise.

Since 2015, we have been working in line with the ISO 20121 standard to reinforce our commitment to minimising negative impacts and continually improving our practices, adhering to legal and other requirements, and setting benchmarks in sustainable event management.

Formula E is underpinned by four core values: Impact, ¡Vamos!, Bravery, and Humanity. These values catalyse our efforts to create a positive impact, embrace optimism, challenge the status quo, and prioritise the well-being of communities and all those involved in our sport. Our commitment to these values ensures alignment with the principles of sustainable development: stewardship, integrity, transparency, and inclusivity.

Our sustainability platform is called Change. Accelerated. This vision is underpinned by the four E’s of our ambitious sustainable development objectives:
