Full Name and Job Title: Jessica Dalley, Partnerships Coordinator
Introduction to Job Role
I'm a Partnership Coordinator at Formula E, responsible for managing and supporting key partnerships with NEOM McLaren, Jaguar TCS Racing, Nissan, and Hankook. My role involves ensuring our partners receive maximum value and visibility throughout the season, both on and off the track. On a day-to-day basis, I serve as the primary point of contact for partners, oversee the fulfilment of contractual obligations, coordinate branding and marketing activations, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate closely with internal teams to align on goals and execution. I also support initiatives like FIA Girls on Track, where one of my partners, Hankook, is the presenting partner, helping to inspire and empower the next generation of women in motorsport.
During race week, I support my accounts with all activations and campaigns they have planned. This could include coordinating logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site, and being the go-to contact for any last-minute needs or changes.
Both on-site and especially during the pre-planning phase, we collaborate closely with all departments across the business. This cross-functional coordination is essential to ensure that every aspect of partner delivery - from operations and marketing to communications and hospitality - is aligned and runs smoothly.
Journey into Motorsport:
My journey into motorsport started after studying Event Management at university, where I was lucky enough to secure a month-long work experience placement with the Hospitality team at Formula E. As my placement was coming to an end, I was asked to continue supporting at reception while I finished my studies, which I gladly accepted. After graduating, I interviewed for a role on the Partnerships team and was offered an internship. I spent a year in that role, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ins and outs of the sport, before moving into a full-time position as a Partnership Coordinator.

Every experience builds your confidence, expands your network, and brings you one step closer to where you want to be. Don’t be afraid to take the leap - you never know where it might lead.
