- With Nick Cassidy winning by only 0.294 seconds in Portland, he now has the smallest average winning margin in Formula E (with his four wins coming by an average of just 0.562 seconds)
- Cassidy also has the record for the furthest back average winning grid position. Cassidy’s four wins come from an average grid position of seventh
- Envision Racing claimed two top-five finishes in Portland but it was the first time neither of their drivers had qualified in the top 10, though Cassidy made it after penalties to both DS PENSKE drivers
- Portland winner Cassidy has started 10th four times in Season 9 – including in each of the last three races. Only Pascal Wehrlein (sixth) and Lucas di Grassi (20th) have started from the same position four times in Season 9
- 19 drivers have now led a lap in Season 9, with Sergio Sette Camara being the only full-time driver not to do so
- Jake Dennis claimed his first pole of Season 9. With that, Avalanche Andretti are the only team to have claimed pole in each of the last five seasons. They’ve had eight poles in this time
- Dennis became the third driver (and first since Season 6) to claim three consecutive front-row starts. The other two drivers to do this were also former Andretti drivers (Alexander Sims and Antonio Felix da Costa)
- Portland was the 50th time Andre Lotterer’s been outqualified by his teammate in Formula E. He’s 1-9 down on Dennis in Season 9. Only da Costa (52 times) and Sam Bird (64 times) have been outqualified more often
- The Jakes faced each other in the Quarters – becoming the first pairing to battle each other four times in the Duels in Season 9. Dennis has come out on top three of the four occasions
- Dan Ticktum climbed from 14th to eighth by the end of Lap 1. No other driver has made up six spots on the opening lap this season
- The driver at the top of the Drivers’ standings may have changed but the points gap (1) stayed the same. This is the first time since a five-race spell in Season 5 that the gap has remained at a single point in back-to-back races
- The eight laps behind the Safety Car in Portland were the most since the season opener in Mexico City
- For the first time in Formula E, five drivers gained 10 or more places in the same E-Prix (Mitch Evans, Sebastien Buemi, Pascal Wehrlein, Jean-Eric Vergne and Stoffel Vandoorne)
- Evans became the second driver to gain 10 places in 10 different races (after di Grassi). Portland was the first time he’d done this since the final race of Season 6 in Berlin
- Nine of the 11 teams have now had a driver gain at least 10 places in a single E-Prix in Season 9, equalling the record from Season 7. Only Nissan and ABT CUPRA have failed to do so
- Norman Nato led eight laps in Portland, the first the Frenchman has led in Season 9
- Nissan have led more laps in Portland (eight) than the team has led in the previous 39 E-Prix
- Both Mahindra Racing and Sebastien Buemi passed the 900 total points scored mark in Portland. Currently only one driver (Lucas di Grassi) and three teams (Envision, ABT and Techeetah) have reached 1,000 points
- After a third-placed finish in Portland, Antonio Felix da Costa has now scored points in 27 out of the 30 cities that Formula E has visited, equalling the record also held by Jean-Eric Vergne
- Nine Formula E races have been won by a margin of under 0.3 seconds. Three of which have come in Season 9 (Cape Town, Sao Paulo and Portland)
