When the fully-electric racing series is in the German capital on May 25, fans can look forward to lots of action and entertainment at the iconic Tempelhof Airport. In addition, the race weekend starts on Friday, May 24 with the opening of the Allianz E-Village - the dedicated fan zone - and a lot of action on track: Formula E shakedown and free practice, Roborace, Jaguar I-PACE eTrophy-free practice and qualifying.

On Saturday, the race will start for the first time at 13:00 and will be broadcasted live in Germany on ARD and Europort 1. The race day starts with the qualifying at 8:45 in the morning, followed by the Super Pole (top-six) and many other exciting activities on track as well as in the Allianz E-Village.

Ushering in a new era of electrifying racing in Berlin, there’s even more action and entertainment this season. As the radical looking Gen2 cars break cover in the German capital for the first time, with the addition of HWA RACELAB as an extra team and a new support series - in the form of the Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY - season five will be more unpredictable and intense than ever before. In the focus of the domestic audience are Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler and BMW i Andretti Motorsport. There are also four German riders in the lineup this season: Daniel Abt, André Lotterer, Maximilian Günther and Pascal Wehrlein.

To celebrate the launch of ticket sales, Formula E is offering 20% off grandstand tickets as well as the chance to win money-can’t-buy experiences to the race they are attending, such as Formula E goodie bags, BMW i VIP laps, pit walks and grid walks and priority autograph session and gaming area pass. There is also the chance to win two tickets to the season finale - the New York City E-Prix with flights and accommodation paid for.

Tickets are available for Friday or Saturday and also combined for both days. Adult grandstand tickets for the race day (Saturday) are 50€. Young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 as well as seniors over the age of 60 can get grandstand tickets for a reduced price of 25€. Children aged-15 and under can enter for free.
