Tune in to Round 4 of Formula E: Accelerate from Diriyah

Three rounds down, and three to go as we cross the half way stage in Formula E: Accelerate, with 24 elite sim racers heading to Diriyah on Thursday evening (19:00 UTC) in the battle for a share of a €100,000 prize pool and a real-world Gen2 test drive.

Formula E: Accelerate charged into life with Round 1 at New York City; the introduction of ATTACK MODE and energy management into the sim throwing everything up in the air among the grid of world-class sim racers.

The battle for a share of a €100,000 prize pool and a real-world Gen2 test drive continued on the virtual streets of Hong Kong's Harbourfront, with ROKiT Venturi Racing's "rFactor 2 GOAT" Erhan Jajovski doubling up to make it two lights-to-flag victories in two.

Kevin Siggy (BMW i Andretti Motorsport) then strode to a serene win at Berlin’s Tempelhof Airport Circuit in Round 3 to break Jajovski's streak - closing the points gap on the North Macedonian standings leader to set up the second half of the series perfectly.

Round 4 sees the sim racers take on Diriyah, matching up their real-world counterparts who've just returned from the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship's opening rounds in Saudi Arabia. It's a new track to rFactor 2, available now.

Where to watch

Watch Round 4 live from 19:00 UTC on Twitch, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook with fans able to get involved and take on their friends with predictions, polls, trivia and more in real-time on Twitch.

This week, Mercedes-EQ Team Principal Ian James will be in the studio alongside BTCC driver Jade Edwards. Romain Grosjean will take time out from supporting his R8G sim racing drivers - NIO 333's Erhan Jajovski and Risto Kappet - as he joins over video to show off his skills with a hot-lap of the New York City E-Prix circuit.

There's also the driver race to look forward to, with 12 real-world Formula E drivers taking to the sim seat - including winners of the recent Diriyah season-opener Nyck de Vries (Mercedes-EQ) and Sam Bird (Jaguar Racing). The other half of the Formula E grid will feature in the Formula E: Accelerate series finale, alongside the pick of the sim racers.
