Lynn gets 10-place grid drop ahead of New York Finale

Following DS Virgin Racing's Alex Lynn's incident during yesterday's race, the British driver received a 10-place grid penalty for changing the gearbox in his car ahead of today's race.

With less than 10 laps to go of yesterday's race, Lynn lost the back end of his car, sending him backwards into the wall and ending his race in a spectacular smash. After a disappointing day for the DS Virgin Racing team after Bird missed out on the championship title, the French manufacturer will be looking to end the season on a high here in New York City.
