Tickets on sale for the 2023 SABIC Berlin E-Prix

Ticket sales are live for the return of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship to Berlin's historic Tempelhof Airport for a first glimpse of Gen3 on German soil, with a double-header 2023 SABIC Berlin E-Prix race weekend set for 22 & 23 April.

Berlin start Season 8

Tempelhof remains the only venue in the world to host a Formula E race every season since the championship began in 2014 and grandstand tickets are available now starting from €49 with concessions and weekend tickets available. For the first time fans have the opportunity to enjoy the action from a new grandstand aligned to the ATTACK MODE zone.

The Allianz Fan Village offers a full day of live entertainment for fans from 8am each race day with tickets only €10 with free tickets for children under 16.

Germany is well-represented on the Formula E grid next year. ABT Sportsline is back for Season 9 as one of the original teams in the series, while the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team will compete for the titles with Pascal Wehrlein driving. Maximilian Guenther has joined Maserati MSG Racing while Rene Rast takes a seat with NEOM McLaren Formula E Team. Andre Lotterer has moved from Porsche to Avalanche Andretti Formula E.

Alberto Longo, Co-Founder and Chief Championship Officer, Formula E said: “Berlin is incredibly special for Formula E as it is the only city in the world where fans have welcomed our unique brand of racing every year since the championship began. We cannot wait to return to Berlin and experience the passion and support of Formula E fans there.”

Season 9 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship will begin on 14 January in Mexico City followed by Diriyah, Hyderabad, Cape Town and Säo Paulo before reaching Berlin. From there it’s on to Monaco, Jakarta and Rome before the conclusion of Season 9 in London on 29 and 30 July.
