Who can apply?
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over by 1st June 2023
- Available to attend the training day and the race days (15th and 16th July)
- Ability to communicate in English (intermediate level)
The roles
Accreditation
Volunteers in the Accreditation Centre are the first point of contact for people who require accreditation and will be assisting the team with the preparation and distribution of passes.
Broadcaster Operations
The volunteers will have a back-of-house role supporting the TV Broadcast staff during the race days.
Communication and Media Services
Many International Media will follow the 2023 Hankook Rome E-Prix. The Volunteers will assist in the mission of providing journalists, photographers, and broadcasters with the best possible working conditions.
Event Experience
The volunteers will support Formula E's team with day-to-day duties. They will help in the Allianz Fan Village, in the hospitality suites and at various locations inside the venue.
Spectator Services
The Volunteers will be responsible for troubleshooting in key areas of the venue and will provide general wayfinding information to all target groups. All members of the team will provide both directions and information.
