Be a Portland E-Prix ambassador

We are looking for volunteers to come together and deliver the first Formula E race in Portland, Oregon, on the 24 June 2023. Volunteers will have the opportunity to experience the race from behind the scenes, whilst also being the face of the event. The programme aims to provide a unique and unforgettable experience, bringing participants closer to the world of Formula E and volunteering.

Who can apply?

  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over by 23 June 2023
  • Available to attend training and race day

The roles

  • Accreditation

Volunteers in the Accreditation Centre are the first point of contact for people who require accreditation and will be assisting the team with the preparation and distribution of passes.

  • Media/Communications

International and local media will follow and report on the 2023 Southwire Portland E-Prix. The Volunteers will assist in the onboarding of journalists, photographers, and other members of the media.

  • Broadcast

The volunteers will have a back-of-house role supporting the Formula E Broadcast Team.

  • Event Experience / Spectator Services

These roles are varied, to include gaming arena, wayfinding, fan village booth ambassador, runners, info point, hydration stations, F&B, grandstand filling, sustainability - mainly in and around the Allianz Fan Village and in Spectator Facing roles/areas.
