We're back in Mexico City for the fourth time as the ABB FIA Formula E Championship rumbles on for the fourth round in Mexico's capital on February 15. Here's all you need to know about everything taking place on race day.
The gates to the Allianz E-Village - Formula E’s fan festival at the heart of the E-Prix - open at 08:00am. Home to the drivers' autograph session, food stalls, interactive displays, activities for fans of all ages, and the chance to drive the track on our simulators in the Gaming Arena.
Here's your chance to see all 24 cars and drivers head out on track. With only two practice sessions ahead of Qualifying, this is the drivers last chance to get to grips with the track. Again, despite the timed element to the session, the timings don't count towards the final race result.
Qualifying determines the starting grid for the race, with the fastest driver lining-up in first place. The session lasts one hour and sees drivers divided into groups, decided by their championship standing - with the top challengers heading out first, in the most difficult conditions. Each driver has six minutes to set their best time, with the top-six drivers proceeding to the Super Pole shoot-out.
No more testing, no more practice - this is it - when the lights go out, it's just 45minutes plus one final lap to the finish line of pure electric racing. 24 cars and drivers but just one winner - but who will it be? Tune in to find out.
That's it, the cars have crossed the line and the top three drivers will take to the podium. Join in the celebrations.
Get set to watch superstars Piso 21, Vice Menta and our very own EJ take to the stage for the post-race concert.
That's it for the 2020 CBMM Niobium Mexico City E-Prix but check out the full season calendar to see where we're racing next!
