Let's go racing in America!

Formula E has raced at lots of locations in the United States of America before, but never in Portland. The hype was building and the expectations were high, but Formula E always delivers.

Making serious moves

Racing on a permanent circuit meant there was no shortage of passes being made on the track. The likes of TAG Heuer Porsche's Antonio Felix da Costa had already made 12 overtakes after just a handful of laps in the E-Prix, and soon the Envision Racing of Nick Cassidy had jumped from 10th to leading the race!

The Envision driver locked in his third win of the season, keeping his championship fight alive with another demanding drive!

Personalities (and pickles) in the paddock

Racing Stateside always brings out big names, and Portland was no exception. American rapper, singer and fashion designer Jaden Smith collaborated with Formula E on his own GEN3 livery ahead of the weekend, and rocked up to show his support at his second E-Prix. He even gave presenting a go!
