Under the lights of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, we were treated to 10 rapid influencers for a one-lap shoot-out, with Calfreezy's Señor Frogs going up against Vikkstar's Quickstars to prove who was quickest in Formula E's ultra-fast GEN3 Evo. Ultimately, it was Chip and the Señor Frogs team who came out on top and claimed EVO Sessions victory.

"TWO MINUTES?! I WAS GOING SO FAST!"

Nobody said that driving the GEN3 Evo was going to be easy, and despite some admirable lap times being set, there was a few that were...less quick. The slowest lap time of the day, and the winner of our EVO Sessions wooden spoon, was Max Klymenko, who couldn't quite believe just how slow his lap had been!

Despite not making it into the Duels, Max, (known online for his Career Ladder content), clearly had a great time on the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, as can be heard from his reaction on team radio.

IZZY HAMMOND CRASHES

After sailing through qualification, it was during the Duels where it all went wrong for Izzy Hammond. The DRIVETRIBE star hit the wall hard - a 25g impact - at the hairpin. It was a big shunt, but Hammond was able to walk away and was cleared by the Medical team after the accident.

Reacting after the event, Hammond said: "If you just sort of ignore the enormous car destroying catapult sideways into the wall, it was a great weekend in Jeddah! Pleasure to be a part of the EVO Sessions, although I fear Formula E may be reluctant to ever let me set foot within six feet of their cars again."

Fortunately, following the incident, Izzy and the Lola Yamaha ABT Team were able to find the light-hearted side.

SEÑOR FROGS DOMINATION

The opening session of EVO Sessions saw the drivers take part in a 15 minute session to try and make it through to the Duels and in with a shout of winning the Final - the same format as in Formula E qualifying. Chip - heading up Señor Frogs - was an early pacesetter after his opening laps in the Jaguar. He had 15 minutes to set his best time and managed a 1m28.425s lap.

After sailing through the Duels, it was Chip and Behzinga who met int he final to fight for the EVO Sessions crown. Behzinga was first to go in the Final and set a storming 1m26.633s with Chip needing to find more than a second to compete for P1 overall. Amazingly, Chip did it. The Brit found the time to pip Behzinga to top spot by 0.4 seconds - nothing between them.

As a result of their dominant display, Señor Frogs took home the team prize - beating Quickstars 18 points to five.

"I’ve just now won and my team’s won with me," said Chip. "So I'll struggle to match this. But I’ll tell my fiancé my wedding day will be better."

"Apparently, my mum was cutting vegetables in the living room so she could tune in. So, that's class from her! I want to thank everyone for watching!

"I'M GOING TO REMEMBER THIS FOREVER"

For all those who took part, EVO Sessions has created unforgettable moments, both on and off the track.

"This has been months in the making," said Chip. "So many moving parts, so many things going wrong in the buildup, and then it’s finally all come together. And I don’t think it could have gone any better really. Honestly, it’s been the best time ever. I loved it."

Behzinga, said: "It doesn't feel real, I can't wait to watch it back, because in the moment you're so locked in." In a follow up remark, he said: "This is genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever done, thank you so much."
