Another exciting season ahead!
It's a historic year as we head towards our 10th season, we're going big with the return to some popular favourites and some exciting new locations added to the mix.
The 2023/24 season calendar
Off to the modern streets of Tokyo
Season 10 will see a new benchmark city join the schedule, as Formula E will make its first visit to Japan and the modern metropolis of Tokyo.
The race in Tokyo on Saturday, 30 March 2024 will be the first FIA-sanctioned world championship motorsport event held in Japanese capital. As the high speed GEN3 machine takes to the streets around the Tokyo Big Sight convention centre on the Tokyo Bay waterfront.
A showdown in Shanghai
After four seasons away Formula E returns to the country where it all began, China, as the all-electric single-seater series gets set for a visit to Shanghai.
The Shanghai International Circuit will play host to some frenetic racing, the final layout is still to be confirmed. Originally designed by the legendary Herman Tilke the Shanghai International Circuit opened in 2004 for the Chinese Grand Prix and will now play host to all-electric racing some 20 years later.
Returning favourites
There's some favourites and familiar locations dotted across the dates for Season 10. Mexico City and the packed Foro Sol will again kick off the racing action before a trip to Diriyah for another double-header in the dark.
Berlin will continue its record as the only city to host an E-Prix in all 10 seasons of Formula E, while other European favourites such as the crown jewel of Monaco on the calendar.
São Paulo and Portland debuted in 2023 and we'll be returning to these two high speed locations for overtakes aplenty. USA will then feed into another double-header season finale in London.
