With only two races remaining in the 2025/26 Formula E season, it all comes down to this.

And for the ultimate double-header showdown, we're bringing the noise back to the London ExCeL, where drivers contend with a unique indoor-outdoor track and we crown our next World Champion.

Here's the global start times for all the racing action on Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 August.

What time is the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix?

We kick things off on Friday 14 August, with Free Practice 1 taking place at 16:00 local time.

Heading into Saturday, and the penultimate race day of the season, Free Practice 2 starts the action with a 40 minute session at 08:30, followed by qualifying at 10:40.

Finally, the main event, the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix, Round 16, will begin at 15:05 (local time). The timings for Sunday's E-Prix will follow the same schedule as Saturday, with Free Practice 3 preceding qualifying and the race.

Where is the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix taking place?

The London Excel Circuit delivers one of motorsport's most unique challenges: a hybrid indoor-outdoor track. It's loved by most of the grid, and provides such a fun but tough series of challenges, from elevation changes, track surface switches and the unpredictable English weather system!

Drivers launch from inside the exhibition hall on a smooth and high-grip surface before tackling a quick succession of corners that lead outside. It's a lap that requires precision, as cars hit a slippery metal transition strip before landing on the highly abrasive asphalt surrounding the complex.

The outdoor section flows through a series of chicanes, offering prime overtaking zones, followed by a technical, twisty sector. Drivers then power back up the ramp into the main hall to complete the lap.

What has happened so far in the 2025/2026 Formula E season?

Jake Dennis started our season, winning in Brazil by turning his Julius Baer Pole Position into victory for Andretti. Then came Mexico City where Nick Cassidy fought his way from 13th to first and delivered Citroën Racing their first single-seater win just two races into their debut.

Miami International Autodrome saw Jaguar’s Mitch Evans secure his 15th career victory, to place himself top of the all-time wins list in Formula E’s history. Pascal Wehrlein won the first of two races in Jeddah for Porsche, with Antonio Felix da Costa having a taste of victory with his new Jaguar TCS Racing team for the first time.

Da Costa managed back-to-back P1 finishes when Formula E raced at Madrid’s Jarama circuit for the first time, before Nico Müller achieved his maiden victory in Berlin, doing so with a special ‘Pink Pig’ Porsche tribute livery much to the delight of the home crowd. The following day it was Evans who again found himself on the top step of the podium, going from 17th to the win after sublime strategy and skill.

The iconic streets of Monaco witnessed Nyck de Vries end Mahindra Racing's winless streak and sealed their first win of the GEN3 era. Come Sunday, Oliver Rowland managed another Monaco masterclass after winning around the principality the year prior too.

Jake Dennis found himself on the top spot once again, managing another dominant display to bag maximum points over the Sanya race day with pole position and the race victory – 28 points to his tally and moved him to fifth in the standings.

Wehrlein was back on the top step of the podium after a dominant win from pole in Shanghai to reignite his championship hopes. The following day, one of Formula E’s most surprising wins unfolded as Lola Yamaha ABT took their first victory at the hands of Lucas di Grassi – who earlier in the season announced his retirement plans – after a set-up gamble paid off and saw him win from the back of the grid.

Most recently, Dan Ticktum became the ninth different driver in nine races to stand on the top step of the podium winning for CUPRA KIRO in Tokyo, before Nyck de Vries broke the streak by winning his second race of the year for Mahindra.
