This iconic circuit gets a fresh revamp for Season 10 as the start/finish straight moves to the other side of the concrete apron of the historic Tempelhof airport.

Made up of repeating concrete slabs, this surface was designed for planes rather than a field of all-electric single-seaters. We're talking highly abrasive and a lot of work for the teams with dealing with the energy management along with some tyre wear and throw in some hot temperatures.

Overall, it's always an action-packed watch with plenty of passing opportunities as the drivers weave their way around the flowing circuit.

A new test in Tempelhof

Formula E is back in Berlin for all-electric racing's 10th visit to the German capital as the drivers race the tough Tempelhof Airport circuit. 2024 sees an all-new layout for Season 10 and a fresh new challenge to face on the concrete apron of the old airport.

Alongside all the action on track, you can expect even more excitement in the Allianz Fan Village - Formula E's immersive fan festival at the heart of every E-Prix. It's a full day's worth of entertainment, exploration and innovation waiting for you.

There's plenty of excitement away from the racing action: Test your Formula E skills on the simulator, be wowed by thrilling performances and find your groove with live music, alongside much more to keep your race experience fully charged.

A regular stop for the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, as all-electric racing returns to Berlin and the historic Tempelhof airport.

For Season 10, it's an all-new circuit and a new entrance for the Berlin double-header. Be sure to check your journey in advance and arrive in plenty of time to enjoy everything the Berlin races have to offer, both on and off the track!

Getting to the circuit

IMPORTANT: The entrance is different to previous seasons. Public entrance for pedestrians will be via Tempelhofer Park to the South West of the venue. Please note the main entrance will not be via the Tempelhof Main Hall at Platz d. Luftbrücke as per previous seasons. Specific entrance details and ticket holder access will be updated in due course.

On foot

The Public entrance for pedestrians is by Tempelhof Field West Entrance: Tempelhofer Damm 59, 12101 Berlin, Germany

We recommend travelling to the venue by public transport or bicycle.

Bike sharing stations are available at the Tempelhofer Feld West and South West entrances.

The venue is well connected via public transport. The closest underground stations are "Paradestraße" and "Tempelhof" (U6). Several bus stops are in the immediate vicinity of the Tempelhofer Feld West and South West entrances.

Grandstands

A new layout means a new location for the grandstands in Season 10. Take in a view from your reserved seat along the start/finish straight as you chart all the action around the new circuit, as the Tempelhof terminal building provides a spectacular backdrop for all the overtakes and action. With screens and live commentary, you'll be have the inside line on all the wheel-to-wheel racing.
