Driving Change From Within

"Motorsport has traditionally been an exclusive environment, dominated by men, often accessible only to those from wealthier backgrounds, and shaped by a culture that doesn’t fully reflect the diversity of the global audiences it serves. While Formula E is a young, purpose-driven championship, it operates within these same historic structures and faces the same risks of exclusion and under-representation.

"As a global business with a UK head office, Formula E draws talent and influence from across borders, yet our workforce does not yet fully reflect the diversity of the societies we represent. Without a clear strategy, we risk reinforcing the same barriers: gender imbalance, limited ethnic representation, and low socioeconomic accessibility, that motorsport has been known for.

"This is not only a question of fairness; it is a strategic necessity. A more inclusive, representative organisation will better connect with fans worldwide, attract and retain top talent, and strengthen Formula E’s position as the most progressive and innovative motorsport.

"Our mission is clear, the message simple: Formula E is for the future, for everyone. No matter who you are, how you live, or what you believe."
