"Motorsport has traditionally been an exclusive environment, dominated by men, often accessible only to those from wealthier backgrounds, and shaped by a culture that doesn’t fully reflect the diversity of the global audiences it serves. While Formula E is a young, purpose-driven championship, it operates within these same historic structures and faces the same risks of exclusion and under-representation.

This allows us to set out clear, measurable ambitions across all levels of the organisation that we can frequently monitor. These clear focus areas are supported by strong recruitment and retention plans.

We recognise the impact and influence our employees have not only across motorsport, but also across different global cultures. We aim to equip and educate our employees around EDI, providing bespoke and tailored learning solutions to continually evolve and challenge our thinking and understanding on this topic.

We have a robust engagement plan to ensure we drive ownership and accountability of our strategy across all areas of the organisation, with all employees clear on their role in creating a strong and safe culture to be proud of. We will externally commit to and share our strategy and action plans, transparently showcasing our progress.
