Formula E and Sky Italia partner for first time in new multi-year deal

Formula E and Sky Italia have signed off on a multi-year partnership that will see the all-electric racing series aired live across Italy, San Marino and Vatican City.

With Season 7 set to spark into life this week, Formula E has agreed a new media partnership with Italy’s largest pay television broadcaster - Sky Italia - offering up the opportunity grow the profile of the sport in a key European heartland.

The deal extends the World Championship’s presence in Italy, adding further TV coverage which builds on Formula E’s existing partnership with free-to-air broadcaster Mediaset, and ensures the country's passionate, knowledgable audience won't miss a minute.

Sky Italia will run comprehensive coverage of each race from the start of this season, including live coverage of all qualifying and race sessions, supported by year-round news and editorial content across Sky Sports 24 and Sky Sports digital platforms.
