What is FIA Girls on Track?
Motorsport is one of the only sports where men and women can compete as equals. However, as of today, only 1.5% of total licensees recorded in the world are women. FIA Girls On Track aims to increase that percentage by inviting young women from 12 to 18 years old to discover, for free, the different aspects of Motorsport and its industry through a set of activities, workshops and behind the scenes access.
Empowering the next generation
FIA Girls on Track is a true 360° project committed to empowering young women, breaking barriers, and promoting gender equality in an innovative, engaging, and positive manner. The programme aims to be a driving force behind women's participation in motorsport, offering participants the tools, experience, and opportunities to explore career prospects in this traditionally male-dominated field.

5/7Garage Tours: The Garage Tour is an in-depth opportunity for girls to go inside the beating heart of every Formula E team. Girls can see first-hand all the aspects of what makes an all-electric racing car work, learning about the variety of roles within a team and what is required to get a car out on track.
6/7Simulator Experience: Within the Gaming Arena, girls have the opportunity to race against each other on simulators. Here they have a chance to sample the circuits before seeing the drivers racing on them - there's even an opportunity to get some tips from the pros on how to perfect their racing lines to clock some fast times around the challenging virtual tracks.
7/7Meet the Drivers: Be it as part of the pit-lane or garage tours, the girls can get up close and personal with the drivers and meet the heroes behind the helmets. Whether its simulator tips or a chance to speak with them, the drivers are on-hand to meet the attendees and they're always willing to pose for a picture.
