What was FANBOOST?

Introduced in the inaugural season, Formula E became the only event in the world that allowed fans to play an active role in influencing the outcome of the race.

FANBOOST gave fans the opportunity to vote for their favourite driver and award them an extra boost of power during the race.

Drivers were able to use their short boost to make a difference in the race making those all important overtakes or tactically defend from attacks.
