Commentary Team

Jonathan Legard (Twitter: @legardj)– Jonathan has more than 30 years’ experience as a sports broadcaster, reporting and commentating from some of the world’s top sporting events. Jonathan was also the F1 commentator for BBC TV and Radio 5 live.

Duncan Tappy (Twitter: @duncantappy) – Duncan has been a professional racing driver since 2005, and he has since shown his versatility in a championship-winning career across a wide range of series. In recent years, Duncan has established himself as a race instructor and driver coach.

Marc Priestley (Twitter: @f1elvis) - Marc spent 10 years with McLaren Racing, working as Number One Mechanic with the pitstop crew that helped Lewis Hamilton to become World Champion in 2008. Leaving the team in 2009, Mark has built a successful career in media, both inside and outside of motor racing.

Claire Cottingham (Twitter: @Cla_Cottingham) – Claire is a journalist, presenter and reporter whose knowledge and passion for motorsport has seen her work for a number of established media organisations such as the BBC, ITV and talkSPORT.

Post-race Podcast

After victories for Lucas di Grassi and Jean-Eric Vergne in the 2018 Qatar Airways New York City E-Prix, Formula E Radio’s Marc Priestley, Duncan Tappy and Claire Cottingham look back on an intense weekend of all electric racing – the sensational season-ending double-header on the streets of Brooklyn!

The championship race for both drivers and teams came down to the final two races of the season, and we hear from the newly crowned ABB Formula E champion, Jean-Eric Vergne, as well as the winning team principle for Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler, Alan McNish.

The team also reflects on Season Four; a season which has been full of breath-taking moments! Before looking ahead to Season Five, and all the changes and innovations we will see in the bigger and better 2018/19 ABB FIA Formula E Championship.
