Following the joint announcement last March between Formula E and Virtually Live to develop an innovative true virtual reality experience for fans of FIA Formula E Championship, Formula E and Virtually Live are to release a highlights experience on Virtually Live’s platform. The experience is available now on the Oculus, Steam, and Viveport VR stores and showcases the 2015/16 season highlights.
The App, which includes 20 minutes of race content, will be available for free and focuses on the battle between Lucas di Grassi and Sebastien Buemi in the fight for the Formula E title. Users will be able to virtually experience the Long Beach, Berlin and London ePrixs from the perspective of their driver of choice, or a variety of positions around the track. The App serves as a preview for the upcoming live experience, to be brought to fans during season three.

The 2015/16 highlights experience is available here for free for HTC Vive owners and will be coming soon to Oculus Rift.
