Andretti Formula E has today (September 12) confirmed that Charles Pic will drive for the team in the inaugural Formula E Beijing ePrix.
The Frenchman will join his compatriot Franck Montagny, to claim the last remaining seat on the grid.
Pic said: “This is very exciting! Formula E is a new challenge and concept, so there is a lot of excitement; you can feel it throughout the team. I am very much looking forward to being part of the Andretti Formula E Team family and to the first round of competition in Beijing."
In addition to the signing of Pic, Andretti announced that Matthew Brabham, grandson of the three-time Formula 1 world champion Jack Brabham, will act as reserve driver.
