LOCATION

Season 8 and the Gen2 era will come to a head with a title-decider double-header and 100th E-Prix at the Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul, South Korea. Home to the 1988 Olympic Stadium, part of the track will flow through the inside of the arena, where thousands of fans will cheer on the eventual 2021/2022 ABB FIA Formula E World Champion.

Getting to the circuit

It is advised to arrive via the metro, using Line 2 and Line 9, and alight at Sport Complex Station Exit 8. The entire event area will be affected by road closures and traffic diversions. Please note that there are no dedicated parking areas.

Please access the venue from the entrances located at the South East and West gates, with your ticket or the QR-code generated by the registration system (in electronic or paper format), together with a valid identity document. To allow plenty of time for the journey into the venue through security checks, all customers are asked to be at the event no later than 10am.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

As per current legislation, it is mandatory to wear a mask at all times for the duration of the event, in both indoor and outdoor areas.

People wishing to purchase alcohol will need to go to one of the three dedicated stations within the venue, where they will receive a wristband upon presenting an ID card showing proof of age (19+).

May I re-enter the venue?
Re-admission is permitted.

Are tickets available to purchase on-site?
Yes, subject to availability.

Are there any restrictions on the time of access to the event?
Please ensure that you are in your seats by 15:30. We strongly encourage arrival to the venue by 10am to ensure plenty of time to pick up your wristband and enjoy the activities within the Allianz E-Village and Seoul Festa before the on track action begins.

Which gate should I enter the venue from?
Please enter via any of the entrances located on the map. Both the West and South East entrance can be used.

Is there parking available?
No, there is no dedicated parking available at the venue. Please do consider taking public transport to get to the venue.

Do I need to go through a security check when entering the venue?
Yes, you will go through a security check at the venue. You will be asked to show your ticket and you may be asked to show the content of your bag.

What happens in case of rain?
Track activity will continue, and the Allianz E-Village will remain open as long as it is safe to do so. Safety procedures are in place in the event evacuation is required. 

Can I enter the Allianz E-Village without a Seoul E-Prix ticket?
Yes

Can the whole race be watched from the Allianz E-Village? 
There will be giant screens around the venue to follow the action on- and off-track at all times.

Should I expect additional costs for the entertainment activities on-site (e-karts, race simulator, kids area etc.)?
No, all entertainment and activities in the Allianz E-Village are freely accessible through the purchase of your ticket. Strong demand could cause waiting times. Food and drinks at the event will be sold as usual.

How loud is a Formula E car?
At about 80 decibels the racing cars are hardly louder than a standard car with petrol engine. The typical futuristic sound of Formula E cars results from the tire wear on the asphalt, the aerodynamics and the electric powertrain.

What food and beverage options are available?
A wide variety of food and beverage options will be on offer located all around the Seoul Festa area.

Can I buy Formula E merchandise on-site?
Yes, the Fan Store is where you will find all sorts of Formula E merchandise.

Is there WiFi on site?
No, there is no WiFi on-site.

Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes

Can I charge my phone on site?

Can I upgrade my ticket?
No, there is no possibility to upgrade tickets.

What items cannot be taken into the event?
