The ABB FIA Formula E Championship is returning Mexico City's Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez for the sixth time, located in the southeast of the Mexican capital.
The Metro and Metrobus station 'Ciudad Deportiva' (Line 9) is located just outside Gate 6. Vehicle parking is available at a cost, entrance to the parking is through Gate 9.
Are seats in the grandstands reserved?
No - you can sit in any available seat in the grandstand on your ticket. Please ensure that you are seated in your grandstand by 15:00.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, children aged between 3 and 15 years require a ticket, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 3 years do not require a ticket. They are not allocated a seat and must sit on the lap of an adult ticket holder (max one child per adult).
Are tickets available to purchase on-site?
There will be a small number of tickets available to purchase on-site on event day. However, this is subject to availability and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Are there any restrictions on the time of access to the event?
Please ensure that you are seated in your grandstand by 15:00.
Is the venue accessible for people with limited mobility? Are there any dedicated tickets for people with disabilities?
Yes - there is an accessibility platform located between Grada 1 and 2, which can be entered through Entrance 6. Accessible tickets need to be purchased through the Ticketmaster Mexico website.

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking will be available at the venue. The access will be through Puerta 9 and is subject to availability
Do I need to go through a security check when entering the venue?
Yes, you will go through a security check at the venue. You will be asked to show your ticket and you may be asked to show the content of your bag, and your Covid vaccination / test status
Can the whole race be watched from the Allianz E-Village?
There will be giant screens around the venue to follow the action on- and off-track at all times. However, the best view of the race is certainly from your grandstand seat.
Should I expect additional costs for the entertainment activities on-site (e-karts, race simulator, kids area etc.)?
No, all entertainment and activities in the Allianz E-Village are freely accessible through the purchase of your ticket. Strong demand could cause waiting times. Food and drinks at the event will be sold as usual.
What food and beverage options are available?
A wide variety of food and beverage options will be on offer located all around the Allianz E-Village provided by Eurest.
Can I charge my phone on site?
Yes - within the Formula E Recharge Garden, located in the Allianz E-Village.
Is there a cash machine on site?
