Important information

Entry requirements

In accordance with the current SARS-CoV-2-Infektionsschutzmaßnahmenverordnung the access to the event will only be possible upon presentation of the one of the below proofs. 

  • Test certificate
    An Antigen quick test taken not earlier than 24 hours before arrival at the event. It is recommended to book a test time for the afternoon on the day before your arrival to the event.
    Only Antigen tests that have been evaluated by a laboratory and can be validated digitally (through a QR code) are accepted. So-called self-tests or test results from your employer are not accepted. Details about which test centres will be accepted and in which form a test result needs to be presented will be communicated closer to the event. Tests will be required for everyone from the age of (including) 6 years old.
  • Proof of vaccination
    Only EU certificates of a full vaccination (14 days after the last required dosis) will be accepted. These can be presented in form of a printed copy showing the QR code or within the RKI’s “CovPass” app.
    A EU certificate of a full vaccination can be obtained from pharmacies or your GP.
  • Proof of past infection
    Only EU certificates confirming a past infection will be accepted. These can be presented in form of a printed copy showing the QR code or with the RKI’s “CovPass” app.
    EU certificate of a past infection can be obtained from pharmacies or your GP when presenting a positive PCR test result dating back a minimum of 28 days and a maximum of 6 months

No entry will be granted without presentation of a valid proof of one of the above. 

A valid ID card or passport is required.

Precautionary measures

  • Hygiene measures
    In order to ensure the utmost safety at the event, hygiene measure are put in place around the venue with a specific focus on a safe management of crowd movement (one-way system), queueing and food & beverage areas
  • Reduced capacity
    The event layout has been adjusted to incorporate the physical distance requirement of 1.5 meters. This has resulted in a reduced capacity of approximately 40% of the original (non-physical distanced) capacity. 
  • Physical distance
    A physical distance of 1.5m needs to be kept when moving around at the venue. Please stay within the group of people who you arrive with to the event and minimise interactions with other spectator groups, where possible.
  • Masks
    In accordance with the current SARS-CoV-2 Infektionsschutzmaßnahmenverordnung surgical masks are mandatory to be worn at all times during the event. Formula E will distribute surgical masks at the entrance to the venue
