Filmed and produced by Aurora Media Worldwide, Ice Drive captures the ambition, difficulty and risk of trying to become the first motorsport series in history to run a racing car on an iceberg.

Following the Formula E team from the initial conceptualisation process through to the sensational conclusion on the Greenland ice cap, Ice Drive offers an amazing insight into a process that ultimately resulted in a viral video that has been viewed more than 4.5 million times across YouTube and Facebook.

Alejandro Agag, CEO of Formula E, said: “Ice Drive is an amazing film that really conveys the agony and ecstasy that I, and the amazing team at Formula E, went through in trying to put together such a daring stunt. I’m delighted that Amazon Prime Video is among the broadcasters that will be showing this film. I’m sure it will be a huge success and can’t wait to hear the feedback from the viewers.”

Ice Drive was only possible thanks to the help of our partners Julius Baer, Visa, DHL, Schaeffler and GH Mumm.
